Monsarrat and in the survey notes for Land Commission Award 6239 (1896): "S. 0º 46’ E. true 8387 feet along Kakio and Kou, Grant 3602 to W. Mutch, to a cross on a stone at a place called Kauhakamoa." Mentioned in Royal Patent Grant 3457 to Antone Vierra Marciel in 1889. |
