| Comments: | Islet at Mokulau, and one of the nearest to shore, according to Kaupo native Daniel Kawaiaea. Named for a traditional fishing method called kilena, in which a fishing line is suspended horizontally between two land points with ocean in between. A kilena line was commonly affixed between Moku Kilena and the Mokulau shoreline. |
