Feature:Ahupuaa, bay, pond
Comments:Broad region in west Kaupo containing numerous archaeological sites.

Identified as an ahupuaa on the circa-1880s Hawaiian Government Survey map of Kaupo.

U.S. Geological Survey maps refer to shoreline area as Nuu Bay.

Nuu Salt Pond is located on the eastern shore of the bay.
