Comments:Ahupuaa portion (ili) cited in Land Commission Award 7788 (1854). Described as being in Lole ahupuaa (spelled "Lolei") in the award document and Pohoula ahupuaa in the native testimony.

Described as a "land section" in a list of Hawaiian place names included in "A Dictionary of the Hawaiian Language" by Lorrin Andrews and Henry Parker.
