Comments:Unknown place in the uplands of Nuu where Kamehamehanui (a king of Maui) and Liliha Kekuiapoiwa (a queen of Hawaii island) were born in the 1700s, according to an article in Ka Nupepa Kuokoa in April 1894: "1700 Hanau o Kamehameha Nui (ailuau) na Kekaulike k, me Kekuiapoiwa Nui w, ma Paiki, Pakaalaneo, mauka o Nuu, Kaupo, Maui. ... 1737 Hanau o Liliha Kekuiapoiwa III ma Paiki, Pakaalaneo i Kaupo, Maui, na Keoua Kalaninui me Kalola." (1700: Kamehameha Nui (Ailuau) was born to father Kekaulike and mother Kekuiapoiwa Nui at Paiki, Pakaalaneo, in the uplands of Nuu, Kaupo, Maui. ... 1737: Liliha Kekuiapoiwa III was born at Paiki, Pakaalaneo, Kaupo, Maui, to Keoua Kalaninui and Kalola.)
